Booking Rates 2019 /2020
The House: Low season : January, Feb, March, Nov. Dec. € 614,- Mid season : April, Sept, Oct. € 692,- High season :Mai, June, July to August, and Christmas week incl. €830,-
Gite: Low season: € 350.- Mid season :395.-, High season: € 495.-.
Excluding : House € 75,-, Gite €50,- end cleaning (due before stay). These are weekly rates including there will be a surplus of consumed gaz and electricity to be paid at the end of the stay.
BedSheets/towels: 14 euro per person.
Long term location possible with big reduction
- Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival 4pm – 7pm Departure before 10am.
- Deposit €200,-(for house and Gite) returned within 2 days after control.
- Pets are not admitted.
- This house is smoke-free and we would like to keep it that way!
- Rates for mid-week and weekends on demand.
- For returning visitors we will give a discount of 10%
