Booking Rates 2022/2023
The House: Low season : January, Feb, Nov. Dec. € 695,- Mid season : March, Sept, Oct. € 792,-
High season :April, May, June, July to August, and Christmas week incl. € 949,-
Gite: Low season: € 395,- Mid season :452,-, High season: € 566,-.
Excluding : House € 95,-, Gite €65,- end cleaning (due before stay). These are weekly rates including there will be a surplus of consumed gaz and electricity to be paid at the end of the stay.
BedSheets/towels: 18 euro per person.
Long term location possible with reduction (from 4 weeks onwards).
- Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival 4pm – 7pm Departure before 10am.
- Deposit €200,-(for house and Gite) returned within 2 days after control.
- Pets are not admitted.
- This house is smoke-free and we would like to keep it that way!
- Rates for mid-week and weekends on demand.
- For returning visitors we will give a discount of 10%
